At 10:48 on the morning of April 12, 2021, Conch Venture and Hainan Huasheng Group successfully completed the signing of the project cooperation agreement in Haikou. The two parties will rely on the cement kiln of Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. to plan to build 100,000 tons/year fly ash washing and 50,000 tons/year oil sludge resource utilization projects.

At the signing ceremony, Han Jiwu and Wang Yi delivered speeches on behalf of both parties.
Han Jiwu first introduced the basic situation of Conch Venture, industrial layout and development plan.He said that Conch Venture is a large-scale enterprise group that provides a "package" solution for energy conservation and environmental protection. It has promoted nearly 200 environmental protection projects in 24 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, as well as in Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka and other countries.Among them, the oil sludge disposal project has been deployed in key areas such as Shaanxi-Gansu, Bohai Rim and Beibu Gulf.It is hoped that the two parties will cooperate sincerely and benefit from each other, so that the project will become a benchmark for Hainan's environmental protection industry and will add luster to the construction of beautiful Hainan.
On behalf of Huasheng Group, Wang Yi congratulated the signing of the project cooperation. He said that Conch Venture has strong financial strength and unique advantages in project design, equipment, construction, operation and management integrated services.The cooperation between the two parties will effectively promote Huasheng Group's implementation of transformation and upgrading and green development, marking that Huasheng Group is about to start a new milestone in its environmental protection business, and is of great significance to effectively constructing a new pattern of government-enterprise win-win situation for local environment and corporate circular development.
Guo Jingbin said in an interview with mainstream media such as Hainan Daily that Conch Venture and Huasheng Group have long adhered to green development and followed the path of sustainable development. After the completion of the project, it can realize the "harmless, reduced, and resourceful" disposal of waste incineration fly ash and sludge waste, deeply implement sustainable development and circular economy, and promote the organic unity of social, environmental and economic benefits . This cooperation is an important choice for both parties to actively respond to the call for the construction of a free trade port and seize the major historic opportunity for Hainan's development. This project is the first project built by Conch Venture in Hainan. In the future, it plans to implement more environmentally friendly projects in Hainan to help Hainan become a waste-free city.
At 15:00 in the afternoon, Chairman Guo and his entourage went to Changjiang Li Autonomous County to meet with County Mayor Lin Moxie and Deputy County Magistrate Huang Huaxing. The heads of County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, and Investment Promotion Center attended the meeting.
After the project was signed, Chairman Guo and his entourage went to the project site to conduct a field survey.
